Okay, not really. But getting some goodies from Trader Joe’s always seems extra special because 1. I don’t go there that often and 2. the store is filled with so many things you can’t find anywhere else.
I went yesterday to pick up some goodies for my foodie pen pal, and I couldn’t help but walk out with a few things of my own (after paying for it, of course).
Because pictures of food are better than my banter, I’ll make those the heart of my post:

And my absolute favorite thing I bought:
Frozen Greek Yogurt
Honestly, I was a little worried about this. I got it because it is healthier than typical ice cream, but I was afraid it would taste exactly like it’s name — like frozen greek yogurt. In other words, I thought it would have a sour cream-like taste.
Let me tell you, this stuff is fantastic! It tastes just like vanilla frozen yogurt, with a hint of lemon (weird, I know), and it is absolutely delicious.
Because I was worried about the taste, I did buy a jar of this to sweeten it up:
Caramel Sauce
But, even though the frozen yogurt is delicious on it’s own, adding caramel doesn’t hurt

Um…dark chocolate covered peanut butter cookies!? I hope they are as good as they sound! BTW, have you heard anything about them building a TJ’s in brookfield? I heard rumors but I don’t know if it’s actually happening or when it will be up.
I haven’t heard those rumors, but I wouldn’t be surprised! Next time you go, look into those cookies!

You MUST put those wafer cookies in the freezer! Trust me, they taste amazing frozen

I love TJs, I always end up spending way more than I plan to there! And I’m doing foodie penpals for the first time this month too! I’m excited to try their greek yogurt ice cream now!
