Brownies!
Another set of neighbors stopped over tonight to introduce themselves and leave us some brownies. Needless to say, there aren’t too many of these left
The rest of the night was pretty uneventful. I did pull a Sandra Lee and make a semi-homemade dinner that turned out well!
I started with this package of pad thai:

Then I sautéed some tofu and added these ingredients:
Some extras
Two tablespoons of peanut butter, a tsp of curry powder, and a handful of peanuts to make a delicious semi-homemade pad thai dish.
Now it’s time for reality tv! The Challenge Battle of the Seasons was intense tonight, and now it’s time for Top Chef (even though one of my faves went home last week).
Tomorrow, I’m seeing the comedian Rob Delaney with Staci, so I most likely won’t be posting, but I will fill you in on Friday. You know how I love my comedians, so I’m pretty pumped!

I am sooo behind on Top Chef this season! I also missed the entire season of Life After Top Chef too
I missed that whole season too
But this season’s Top Chef is great, so I definitely recommend catching up when you can

oh man I love Top Chef. I have been watching it since it started! I love that its in Seattle this season. I get to see my old stomping grounds on a weekly basis!
