I know Courtney hit on this yesterday, but what’s up with these May showers?
Well, if you want to pretend it’s sunny out today, try this tropical smoothie.
Tropical Protein Smoothie
1 cup of frozen tropical fruit mix (with strawberries, mango, pineapple, and papaya)
1/2 c of vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 container of Key Lime Greek yogurt
1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (with the juice)
1 T of honey
Blend and enjoy! Yum!
Add a little honey on top for some extra sweetness and pretend you are on the beach!
