Tropical Smoothie Recipe

I know Courtney hit on this yesterday, but what’s up with these May showers?

Well, if you want to pretend it’s sunny out today, try this tropical smoothie.

Tropical Protein Smoothie

1 cup of frozen tropical fruit mix (with strawberries, mango, pineapple, and papaya)

Tropical Blend

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/2 c of vanilla almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 container of Key Lime Greek yogurt

1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (with the juice)

1 T of honey

 

Blend and enjoy!  Yum!

Add a little honey on top for some extra sweetness and pretend you are on the beach!

      If you like greek yogurt (and key lime, too, I guess that’s important :) ), you will love it. Although I do genuinely love greek yogurt, I like key lime because I think it tastes the most like regular yogurt because the flavor is powerful. I highly recommend it, but disclaimer: key lime is my favorite yogurt flavor in general so imay be biased!
